"BMIC" wires are manufactured making use of best quality bright annealed electrolytic grade copper with conductivity of more than 102% to save the energy consumption and for smooth flow of electricity. PVC used as an insulate is manufactured in-house and has good dielectric and physical properties with high insulation resistance value that protects against any electrical fault. "BMIC" wires are manufactured with solid, stranded and multi- stranded conductor. We only manufacturer ROHS cables,which is 100% lead free.
 

Range
Fire Retardant (FR) : Our normal wires are fire retardant.They have high oxygen and temperature index, which helps in restricting
the spread of fire even at high temperature.
Fire Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) :Apart from having high oxygen and temperature index, our FRLS wires also have low smoke
and toxic gases generation properties which helps in easy evacuation and rescue operation in case of fire and are ideal for use in places
of high human density.
Heat Resistant (105°C) : Besides being fire retardant, our heat resistant (105°C) wires have properties to withstand the excess heat generated in the wire due to low voltage.These wires can withstand the conductor temperature upto 105°C and are suited for areas where there is wide voltage fluctuations.
Zero Halogen Flame Retardant ('O'HFR) : Based on Poly-olefinic thermoplastic compound, our zero halogen flame retardant ('O'HFR) wires have properties to emit smoke free, non-toxic, non-corresive gases in case of fire, besides other fire retarding properties.They are ideal for use in public places where risk of human lives and property are of prime concern.

Current Carrying Capacity      :    Due to low conductor resistance,current carrying capacity is more.

Fire Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS)
In case of fire, the casualties occur due to suffocation and inhaling toxic fumes/gases rather than burns. Moreover the dense black smoke reduces visibility,thereby making the evacuation & rescue operation nearly impossible.As such the need for FRLS wires arose.

Main characteristics of "BMIC" FRLS wires are:

Superior fire retardant properties,

Emit non-toxic fumes,

Self extinguishing,

Emit lesser amount of non-corrosive smoke.

 

These wires are ideal for use in places of high human density i.e. high-rise buildings, theaters, hospitals, hotels, and schools etc. where safety of lives is of primary concern.
The special FRLS PVC compound used in "BMIC" FRLS wires is formulated & manufactured in house, is mechanically far stronger and
has a definite advantage over ordinary PVC wires in terms of critical oxygen index, temperature index, smoke density and acid gas generation,thus ideal for concealed as well as conduit wiring.

0.5-1 gram of the material from the wire insulation/ sheath is burnt in a ceramic tube inside a tubular furnace at 800C. The volume of corrosive gases (HCL) present in the combustion products are analyzed chemically.

In total 20 minutes of burning 8ft. wire length samples with flame temp. of app.

PVC INSULATED SUBMERSIBLE CABLES OR 3 CORE FLAT CABLES For Submersible Pump Motors
 

 

 For troublefree working, these connecting cables are just as important as winding wire for the submersible pump motors.
3 core Flat Cables are manufactured keeping in mind the severe and difficult conditions in which they are required to operate.The individual flexible conductors are made from electrolytic grade bright copper. The wires are drawn,annealed

and bunched properly to ensure long life. Each of these three flexible copper conductors are insulated with a specially formulated PVC compound and the cores are laid up in Flat Parallel position. The outer sheath of the cable is made from a special grade of resistant PVC compound impervious to water,grease,oil etc.
